Prior to joining HBMO Eamonn worked in a leading commercial firm in Belfast.
Eamonn acts for a mix of private and corporate clients and has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, leases for commercial properties for both landlord and tenants, and provision of advices on a broad range of property related matters.
Eamonn has also acted for receivers in the management, remediation, and sales of distressed assets and has extensive experience in the area of property and development finance and other real estate secured lending.
